Such pretty furkids! My girls love to have a good chew together too. Of course half the time they are stealing each others bones any chance they get - LOL!
They are really great about it. I separate them for things like marrow bones, beef tendons, but they can have their chew toys out. Boca will growl every once in a while if she gets a toy and just wants to have "chewing alone time," but Ruby defers immediately.
Wait, how do you finish the rhyme?
ReplyDeleteThe family that chews together--
never gets the blues together?
looks for clues together?
pays their dues together?
:) Hope you and your family have a lovely Thanksgiving day.
I gave it some thought and didn't come up with much - I like "never gets the blues together!"
DeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you as well - you'll be busy with your foster puppy!
At first glance, the second picture looks like Ruby is nomming on Boca's leg ;)
ReplyDeleteShe's been known to!
DeleteAhh, love those dogs :) I also thought, that someones leg gets chewed lol :D
ReplyDeleteAhhhh so sweet
ReplyDeleteLily & Edward
They are chewing to intently, I bet they never knew their pictures were being taken. Adorable!
ReplyDeleteYes, I had the same reaction as @Kelsie Merwine! I will call Ruby's a "wishbone," because of it's shape... AND because I wish I had one! *wags*

ReplyDeleteOh, yes - even if they have exactly the same thing, they always want what the other has!
DeleteThose look like great toys!
ReplyDeleteIs the toy on the left an antler? Ginger dog sure lovers her antlers -- they are great chew toys.
Yes! They have several antlers. Their favorites are the flavored moose antler 'slices' from Acadia Antler but those don't last as long.
DeleteThat's so cute that they can chew next to each other!! Zoe can be guardy so I can't let them do that!
